Yoga teaches us how to be present in those special moments, make intentional decisions and be open to positive possibilities. Drinking the water versus the soda, keeping your cool when the kids get mouthy or getting relaxed after a long day of life.

After completing education on the core fundamentals of yoga, it’s origin, the different types of yoga and its benefits. Like most, I seen the improvement of my overall wellness, but I really began to experience how great this lifestyle practice can be once I began to tech. To see the colorful impact yoga has on others through me has been some of my greatest experiences. Not only have I found that yoga has helped my physical body but that I feel internally empowered too.
I believe that even at a beginners level, this practice can help us make major improvements across many areas of our lives and I invite you to come flow with me and give it a try!
For your very first sesssion expect a short introduction to start class followed by a demonstration of basic yoga poses and finishing with light stretching and breathing. You will only need a yoga mat.
